I completed 2 rounds, 110 live bee stings, and I’ve seen about a 50% reduction in my hot hands and feet. I no longer need ice packs and I often find that my feet are actually under bed covers. First time in 4 years!  
I ordered bees from South Carolina. Kept in a little house and I’d grab a bee with tweezers, place on skin and they’d sting almost instantly. I’d do 10-15 every 2-3 days. Remove stinger after 15 minutes.
