Dear standing\_cat, I have been puzzled by the vasodialator vs vasoconstrictor puzzle. I know for me, vasoconstriction is best. In the last couple of months I’ve been drinking WAY MORE coffee (Keurig machine). Coffee is a vasoconstrictor and my flares are rare and gentle. Very interesting. Keep cool.
