Hi everyone,
I have been living with rashes on my lower legs for the past 5 years but within the past month it has spread to the bottom and tops of my feet. Every time I go for a fast paced walk my feet turn bright red, veins bludge out, get hot, and a tingly pins and needles feeling. Im wondering if the EM getting worse was brought on by a miscarriage and two D&C procedures i had in February? I’ve been reading a few stories of people’s EM starting after surgery or pregnancy. Just a thought. I started the protocol a week ago. Praying it helps. Also on Zyrtec.
