Medscape is an excellent online information resource produced by highly respected WebMD. It is designed for clinicians and healthcare providers but is also accessible to other interested parties. It requires a simple one time online registration but then provides access to a range of content ... you can set your profile up to provide you with a personalised page relevant to the areas you're interested in.

Today I have read an article written for Practical Neurology which contains some interesting information:

[The Clinical Approach to Small Fibre Neuropathy and Painful Channelopathy](http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/836906)

Thanks for the tip, Jules. I like Medscape a lot, too.

Hi snowdragon, unfortunately to access most of the Medscape articles you need to register with them but what I will say is it's simple and you don't get emails or anything like that from them ... but it is totally up to you.
