I suffered for 15 years with burning feet and difficult as it sounds, I tried “Bob’s Protocol” which is soaking your feet in “hot water” and believe it or not, it works. Within 2 weeks I could see a major change in that the redness began to fade and my pain began to lessen. I was pretty desperate and tho the hot water on burning feet did not appeal to me, I was desperate. It has been 5 years and it saved my life. You can google it to find out the procedure. Good luck and God bless you 🙏

Hi patty,

Do you stop using fans and air conditioners and soak feet for half hour each night in hot water?

Michelle

I gradually stopped using fans, but not immediately. I also soaked more often, I think 3 times a day, but I really don’t remember but now when I have been on my feet a lot, I soak them before I go to bed for 10 minutes and I still elevate my feet at night.

Hi patty,
Thank you so very much. I really appreciate your help. I’m going to start on doing this . How hot do I have the water? Do I do just hot water from the tap or kettle?

Where are you located? I’m in Australia. I really can’t thank you enough for your help. I am so sick of this unbearable burning pain. Our summer starts in December, so it’s a good time to start I think.

Michelle 😊🧸

Dear Michelle,
Did you google “Bob’s Protocol?” It will give you the proper directions. I did use hot tap water and filled a Rubbermaid tub. I also used a special thermometer for water temperature. I started with about 98 degrees and gradually increased it till I felt comfortable and now I have it at 106 degrees. You don’t want to burn your feet.
Where are you located in Australia. My younger brother lived in Perth for 2 years. He and his wife both taught school. This was a long time ago.
Hang in there with the protocol as it doesn’t happen overnight. This beast we live with will always linger, but believe me it has worked for me and many others. Have you checked the “Burning Warriors” website? It was a great help to me.🤗🙏

Hi patty,

Sorry for the late reply. I did google the prodocal, but I’m having trouble finding all details. I’ve been soaking my feet, but am I meant to soak my feet even when they are burning?

I’m from Melbourne Victoria Australia. Where are you located? I’m having a hard day .
Love always,

Michelle

Yes, Michelle, soak your feet even if they’re burning. Do it 4 times a day for at least 15 minutes. No, it won’t be comfortable to begin with, but you have to be a brave warrior. You can and you will do it, just set your mind to it. Did you google “burning warriors,” They are a fountain of information and if you just put out there that your looking for more information, someone will get back to you. I am located on the central coast of California, San Luis Obispo.

Hang in there,it will get better ❤️‍🩹

Hi patty,

I can’t soak my feet 4 times a day. I’m struggling to do it once a day. I’m on my own, and I don’t have anyone to help me . I will keep doing it though.
Thank you so very much for getting back to me. We are getting warmer weather now. So my feet are burning and swollen.

How are you going now?

Kind regards,
Michelle 💐😇

Hi patty,
Sorry, just a question. My feet have become more painful since I’ve been soaking them. Why is that ? How long does it take to get better? This is really hard.

Love Michelle 🥰

I told you this wasn’t easy, but you have to keep doing it or you’ll just continue with burning feet. Try doing it twice a day at least and. Within a week you should find it easing your pain somewhat. The more you can soak the better as your feet will adjust to the heat and you’ll notice the redness and the discomfort will ease. Please try! If you are Christian, pray or pray to whom ever. In my faith I never gave up and felt I had witnessed a miracle.

Please Michelle, don’t give up🙏
