Hi, I am french and have EM since 8 months. I have been in hospital and they told me that was due to veinous insuffisiancy. I have this in my feet and hand.I have also thyroid problems.
I have try some médications, but the side effects was too hard.
What is helping me :
walk every day , with wet sandals (without wet sandals I have too much pain..)
swimming, biking.
amytryptiline 2% ketamine1% cream is helping, there was no effect the first weeks, and now flares are less painful.
When th pain is too hard, I take Ixprim, paracetamol + tramadol, and then I have very warm but no pain and I can sleep.
