Has anyone else experienced throat constriction/trouble breathing with EM?
I have not, but anxiety could produce said symptoms. Having a condition like EM can certainly be stressful.

As far as I know EM only affects extremities so I don’t think it will cause throat constriction. If you are having throat problems, like pain or something similar it could be from something else. I do have lupus so EM is secondary to it and I do get throat pain all the time.

I have asthma so I wouldn’t know, sorry. It sounds pretty serious though. I would see a dr asap.
