Raynauds and EM

They can actually be treated, it merely just means that they stem from the same problem. This is probably a good sign as the more painful EM tends to come from sodium channelopathies. My sister has both and I do as well (mine started out as raynauds and then EM took over) and ours is managed with serotonin antagonists. Here is a great article that covers it, it is on page 3. My recommendations would be to try taking magnesium or butterbur and then try feverfew as well. And to read Dr. Cohen’s recommendations as well (I provided that link also).
