Deep bruising pain (feels like walking on bruises) leading to flare. Burning sensation during flare. Lack of blood after flare. Although the burning and 95% of pain is relieved by taking shoes off and sitting down. The flare doesn’t stick around after. Only discomfort through day to day. Standing for more than 30mins starts to flare, walking is better than standing. Standing still becomes unbearable. Seems to be only pressure loaded. Zero pain laying down, can lay at beach on hot sand in 30 degree weather without issues.
Anyone else got similar symptoms?

Photo #2 Post flare. (After standing with pressure) colour comes back eventually (after 40secs)
I’ve only just started taking magnesium tablets twice a day, recommended by specialist to try help with symptoms. No luck so far. Prior to that recommendation, I wasn’t taking anything.
Most shoe soles are made of a hard recycled material. I have found a softer bouncy type suits me better. Suggest you look at the sketchers go walk shoes with the round soft bouncy soles ( not all go walk have these soles but you will recognise them when you see them)
You certainly don’t have to use this brand but the point is shoes , size and soles can be important.
Have you explored using sandals with bouncy comfortable soles ? Avoid hard soles.
Can you sleep all right?
Have you tried foot bathing in hot water? Avoid cold water. See hot water treatments in search engine on this site.
Why stand for so long? Cooperate with the inevitable and take a light weight collapsible chair with you in easily carry light weight sleeve.
There are many good foot and leg circulation exercises on YouTube. Toe scrunches, massage with a tennis ball etc.
Use a cheap moisturiser to massage your legs and feet. Pay particular attention to your shins and try to take care of them. Use a cream such as bedpanthen to build up the shin area strength. As you get older you are susceptible to ulcers in this area if you have circulation problems. Treat any cuts abrasions with care.
