I struggled many years with trying to find a provider that could give a proper diagnosis, with no luck. My niece is a PA and I sent her the pictures of my red feet, gave her a little history, she said I think you have erythromelalgia and there are 5 doctors in your area that treat this. I went and saw a dermatologist and she diagnosed it as EM immediately.
