Many Thanks, mads, for your research & listings.....Blessings your way...Caressa.

Once again Mads, thank you for all you do for this group.

Thanks for your research and listings Mads! Sounds like I need to move to America as the UK is once again lagging behind! Out of general interest today I called out the GP for a home visit as I suspected I had DVT in my left calf. For once they agreed and sent a doctor who was wonderful. She had actually heard of EM! She agreed that I have DVT, probably due to my thick blood which they recently refused to treat. She was wonderful. She arranged for the District Nurse to come and give me an injection of Fragmin to be repeated tomorrow and then follow up blood tests. All this thanks to the forums as I didn't know that apart from other things thick blood could cause EM. Although I am far from pain free at least somebody is actually listening to me. Of course because I also have RA and peripheral neuropathy, but not tested just assumed I still don't really know the cause but it's certainly what's wrong with me EM. Good job I had the sense to know that it was DVT or it could have been fatal had it travelled to my lungs. I know that all this is off topic, but I just wanted to express my thanks to everyone on the forums.

Hi Mads -

I hope you are going ok and thank you so much for the new listing - there is some hope on the horizon but it is many years away - some of us will not see or experience it, but there is hope for the future for the EM symptom Sufferers and that has to be a god thing for them.

Thanks Mads and take care of yourself -

Greg (frostbite).
