Does anyone else have a PCA? If you found a good one, how??? I’m having no luck AT ALL. 
Forgive my ignorance but what is a PCA? I googled it but it stands for so many different things.
I am in the same boat as Nel. I’m not sure what that is either.

You refer to patient controlled analgesia. There are number of different patient controlled analgesias- transdermal patches e.g. fentanyl, lidocaine compounds, Baxter type pump subcutaneous infusions, morphine syringe drives, etc... ? What have you tried? What is it you were thinking might help you better manage your pain ? You will probably get bigger response if you reword your title and ask about medications . Or , you can search them out in discussion post search bar. Think we have covered most of them ;). Please ask us if you dont find answers you need.
