Finally diagnosed with raynaud’s too and told my EM was probably the “hot phase” of the raynaud’s. I believe these 2 conditions goes often hand in hand. Underwent upper and lower sympatectomy for raynaud’s, no more EM flares on my feet and hand since then. THANKS GOD! Face and ears still EM affected sometimes (2-3 times a day).
