I have a very high level of b6 in my blood I don’t take extra vitamins has anyone esle with em have this thank you
Interesting—I just found this out, too. I do take a daily vitamin, but it only has 1.7mg B6, so not the high amounts (10mg+, I think) of B6 that are said to cause issues. I do not get any additional through any fortified foods, either. (Double-checked all labels.) My blood test showed 202.5 nmol/L (lab range 20-125). Doctor shrugged her shoulders.
It’s frustrating that all the online info about high B6 causing problems focuses on how much the person is taking, rather than their blood levels.
I don’t take any extra vitamins and have a good diet but again my doctor said nothing very frustrating
