anyone else have tremors associated with EM, and anyone know of any tips or tricks for stopping said body tremors like my body… (My Girlfriend is better at descriptions than me, please bare with me on this) arms legs, lower back and shoulders will jump out, feels like a constriction or an electric shock (like when you touch a badly insulated wire) I should not I have hEDS as well as EM so (hypermobility Ehlers Danlos syndrome) been trying to figure out which side effects what.

Yes, that happens to me whenever I’m lying down in a relaxed state, my body will just jump on it’s own. It must be EM related if it happens to you too.

Maybe. I have them while sitting up, last night I was frozen solid body fulll of tingling sparks, it was like… Every part of my body was frozen for three minutes i think. I could speak and blink, but my skin felt like it was tightening. It was frightening but I pushed through it.
