As a former educator, I had to have fingerprinting done for my FBI background check to renew my license. I had to go back several times as my fingerprints were undetectable. Now that I am retired, I went through the fingerprint process again to be able to volunteer with young children living in a shelter. I went three times to be fingerprinted, and even with the technology they had, could not obtain readable prints. I am thinking that perhaps, in some way, the Raynaud’s and EM have damaged my prints??? Has anyone else run into this?

Do you think it is damage done to our fingers? Do you have Raynaud’s, too? I just wished the medical community had more knowledge about this and how to help.
