Hi Everyone,
I am a new member here and being reading alot of the posts. So currently i am unsure If i have Em. I have POTS and do seem to have em symptoms, however, some of the Em and POTS symptoms can be similar from what I heard. I am wondering if anyone has some experience with regard to this and know how to tell the difference. I do have redness and hot feet particularly after exercise and night and the pictures online do look very similar to my feet. However, I dont experience much pain and thats what making me think that maybe it is just POTS.
