I wanted to pass along some information about a genetic study that has been mentioned in some other groups and on The Erythromelalgia Association website. Thank you to Scott Orn for allowing me to do so.
Xenon is conducting a research study to try and understand the genetic causes of Primary Erythromelalgia. Genetic testing of the SCN9A gene is offered (at no cost) to the first 200 eligible participants, who have the option of receiving their genetic results.
