Green Tea

I forgot to mention....green tea is becoming my best friend! I make it at night, to cool in the fridge (I have an episode if I drink it hot).

I boil about 6 bags and make a 56oz small square pitcher of it, put it in the fridge to cool, and drink about 3 cups during the day. The green tea is loaded with antioxidants ---- they say the best candidates to receive the greatest benefits from green tea are those with an autoimmune disease. So drink up, if you're not already! :)

I used to drink lots of green tea but have stopped when cutting caffiene out of my diet, can you get a caffiene free variety..??

Yes, you certainly can. I've seen it at my local health food store and at two of the grocery stores. I'm anemic, so I cut the green tea out for a while. Recently, I started drinking it again....and will alternate a dbl dose of iron.

Thanks for the advice, I will give it a try. I have 3 boxes in the cupboard that I had stocked up on before stopping the caffiene, but its not caffiene free :(

Oh, bummer! Yes, give it a try if you can find it. Hopefully it will help....
