Hi everyone.
I just had the idea of hot flashes brought to my attention. I am 41 and in a few years I expect to be going through the change. Including hot flashes. I can’t imagine in my wildest nightmares how awful this must be. Has anyone gone through hot flashes while suffering from EM? If so any words of wisdom for that day that seems to be coming all too soon? Thanks!
