So grateful to have all this information available; what a wealth of knowledge and personal experience. I had been getting Lidocaine IV’s at J Hopkins for several months. After several treatments (at 6 week intervals) the doctors discontinued treating me. My GP was giving me Procaine 4.6 mg IV weekly; it was helpful for a while. I am now on Cymbalta and Lycia (thanks to the message board) and although it has only been a few days I am dizzy and tired but some relief!! I am hopeful that the trade off will be a good one. There is a Ketamine treatment center here in Baltimore; out patient service and it is 6 treatments spread over 2 weeks with followup every six weeks. This center is totally out of pocket and not sure if my insurance covers it. Is $875. per treatment the going rate? Do you feel that this therapy was helpful??
