I use a fan, and also have a cat… Is okay. The fan, I use is a desk one so I can just put it on the floor beside my feet so its blowing directly on my feet. I heat the rest of the house apart for the room I’m sitting it so my cat can still be warm and go be warm! She even chooses to lie with me sometimes despite the fan, it’s completely fine. Without my fan I wouldn’t be here tbh, it would be too much. From where I stay its -0 and lower recently for winter and with that and the room I’m in having to be freezing is super cold… Still have to have my fan on though despite the cold room, feet still burn.

I don’t use a fan. I keep my apartment at < 55 degrees F. If I used a fan I could get hypothermia. I also have a cat and I think the fan would be too much for her. In the summer time I sometimes do use a fan but now in the winter I don’t have to.
