I didn't have a flare yesterday. A whole day and night free from burning. Don't know what I did to deserve but hey, I'll take it anyway.

I went to dinner with my two best friends and their wives and my girlfriend last night. We've been friends for 15+ years and it was so good to get together and laugh.
OMG !! I just watched a special on t.v. In regards to chronic pain and realized that the psychologist interviewed was one of my former ESL students !!!
Will definitely try to touch base with her and see if she can offer support !

I went out this weekend also with my sister and her boyfriend to a club and saw a band.
I also saw a dentist and learned I just need fillings, no extractions. great news.

Congratulations Danny! It is so important that you try to keep some sort of social life. Sometimes i think the depression and loneliness is the worst part of this disease (even worse than the pain which I know at times is unbearable). I am so proud of you, I know it is hard to put yourself out there.

I saw the Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead documentary recently also and wondered if anyone with EM had tried it successfully. I don’t remember what Joe’s autoimmune disease was, but his juice fast basically cured him. Anyone have success with this?

Shining on us too in London and I ventured out on to the patio to re-pot some indoor plants. Bulbs and blossom flowering made me feel optimistic.
