TV-45070 (formerly XEN402)

Hi everybody,

I've been wondering about the new drug from Xenon. It was called XEN402, but it's been renamed TV-45070 now that they've partnered with another company Teva.

So have I understood right that EM flares happen because the autonomic nerves that control the dilation of blood vessels become hyperexcitable? And TV-45070 fixes these nerves, so reduces the flares?

I'd got the impression it will reduce the flares rather than just masking the pain from them, is that right do you think?
