Aspirin

For those for whom aspirin is working, how much do you take? What time(s) of day? 81 mg in the morning all but eliminated my flare ups for the first 10 days. When the heat and redness started creeping back, I started taking it in the late afternoon, which also worked for a while. Now the pain is still substantially reduced, it is returning a bit, and the heat and redness are starting earlier in the day than ever before. The vascular surgeon suggested playing around with the timing of the aspirin, but I’m not really sure how to do it…
