I first ordered it from Amazon, but this label isn’t available except directly anymore. Still on the heavy drugs Lyrica,Cymbalta, and Mexilitine. The cbd oil has changed my life. Well, bad for me. Bought some Green Lotus just to try. It’s supposed to be good. I bought the lowest dose at 125mg (4.1mg CDB) but took a dropper full which was 20-25 drops. Holy crap, it’s a huge vasodialator. Reminds me of the time I took magnesium. Feet are in a total flare. I thought at the lowest strength it would be ok. Not doing that again. Any vasodialator is bad for me. 1/2 life is 1-2 days so going to be a long night. Crap. Not happy at all.
Dear G, Our EM is very similar. I, too, go absolutely ON FIRE with any vasodialator. Oddly enough, magnesium doesn’t trigger a flare for me. I’ve never heard of the company you mentioned. When Nature’s Love stopped offering CBD on Amazon, I ordered from a different company. Holy cow! I was on fire in 24 hours. I googled Nature’s love and bought several bottles. When they came, I was “almost” a normal person again very shortly. I learned my lesson. BTW at Southwestern Medical on Harry Hines, their rheumatology group has had “some” education on EM. However, WE are the experts and study it all the time. They don’t give any pain meds which I feel appalling, but pain drs.are persecuted by The Swamp, so I can empathize.

I have secondary to SFN. Positive on biopsy. So magnesium is a big vasodilator and I think the CBDs acted the same way. Everyone is different. Green Lotus you can buy locally, has no detectable THC and is grown in California. There are many very positive writeups. But it was not for me. I think Mexilitine is my next try before I would go try CBDs again. I think you said you had primary EM so you may react differently. I am a vaso-constrictor where I over constrict. But a dilator like CBD or Mg shoots me through the roof. I could feel it within 20 minutes after the does.

We all suffer so differently. All we can do is study on line and try what science is discovering that helps neuropathy. Sharing what we learn can save our fellow EMers hours of research. The medical community has recently released a paper on Mexiletine and its efficacy on neuropathic pain. P
I tried the Kratom last year. Got a pack of 3 different kinds. When I opened the package, I thought a small animal had died in there. I reall DID try. So, for me, Lyrica & Cymbalta with CBD Oil has really been the magic formula. Good luck.

I have Primary EM gene mutation and CBD oil helps me. Recommended to me by ucsd pain management group. I thought it was legal in all 50 states because it doesn’t contain MJ. .03 % max. But apparently Texas may be Exception?
