I have not found relief taking mexiletine 150 mg three times daily (with food, prevent an upset stomach). My neurologist has increased my dosage to four times daily. He cannot go higher in the dosage. He checked a chart online and for my weight that is as high as I can go. If this drug does not help after six weeks or so we will try something else. Just FYI everybody.
