Hi, on Dr. Jay Cohen’s website he recommends the supplement phosphatidylcholine. Has anyone ever tried this supplement? Has it been effective? In what form have you taken it? (For example, it is a major component of lecithin, and lecithin is a rather inexpensive supplement. Also, it could be taken in its purified form, but this is pretty expensive. Also, you can just take a choline supplement assuming that it is the choline portion of the molecule that that the body needs the most.)
