Hi Nel,
I have Raynaud’s, MS, Relapsing Polychondritis, Erythromelalgia,(diagnosed Jan '16). Also have neuroma’s in both balls of my feet with Arthritis. It’s almost embarrassing. Every year something new crops up. Rheumatologist wants to put me on Methotrexate. Just finished a week of prednisone, symptoms were worse during that week.
I am cold and warm at the same time. I have so much pain which I was able to handle until the EM. When I see that people wear stiff shoes I cringe. I need soft for the tops of my feet, arthritis there in the toes. I also need cushioned insoles. I buy the Pro-foot insoles, they are lavender and white. They’re better than the doctor prescribed custom made insoles. Only downside they’re made of rubber. The neuropathy from the MS mixes in and is a major source of pain too. Not sure what my triggers are. Having Raynaud’s and EM simultaneously is rare so I’m told. Taking a daily dose of coated aspirin too. Maybe it helps a little.
