One of the things that I discovered for helping with flare-ups is this:

I got mine from ebay, new. Yeah, it says hot water therapy -- a thought that makes us cringe -- but it works equally well with cold water. I have been able to get some real sleep with it.
Until recently, when the boots stopped circulating the water like they should. The water would get pumped into one boot but won't get it to the other one and back into the reservoir. I couldn't figure out why and I was frustrated as heck.
So, I took a shot in the dark and emailed the manufacturer to see if there's some way I can flush or blow the tubes clean or something (hey, I'm desperate!). I had a reply within hours and... wow! They're sending me a new pair of boots! Can you believe that? A company that knows about customer service and then goes even further. Amazing in this day and age, right?
So I'm spreading the news. This system is worth the expenditure and the company understands that happy customers are their best advertising. And Medicare even covers the system. I highly recommend it if you can.

this reminds me of a mattress cover that has medical grade tubing in it circulating water and you can set the temp warmer or cooler. This is high on my list but insurance won’t cover this because it’s not a medical device . It’s sold as a comfort item. Lay time I checked it was over a thousand dollars and I just don’t have that kind of money right now.
May I ask how much the boots Were?
Unfortunately my EM happens all over my body so this will only help me a little while the rest of me is on fire but any relief would be a God send.
