What do you guys with EM eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? I’m finding most foods trigger me.

Same. That is my experience too.
I first worked out that the foods that are bad for gout were also triggers for my EM. eg Shellfish, read meat, rich foods and sauces.
Then it became clear that sugar was an instant culprit. I was eating hardly any sugar anyway, but yeah, it was a problem. Too much fruit, for instance.
And carbs in general. Any carbs, and not a gluten issue. Potato, rice, pasta, bread. So I have had to reduce carbs.
I’m undecided if spicy food is a definite trigger. Yoghurt seems to be bad.
When I eat less, for example two meals a day and not 3, things are better. And ideally I avoid big meals, because it seems that any nutrients in my blood system increases the EM.

G’Day Hugh,
I have the exact same thing as you. I’m adding to you list, that I can’t eat and meats , like chicken, or fish, zero meats . Everything you added, it triggers me too. It’s very frustrating, as that doesn’t leave much left to eat. It’s not easy. It’s summer time here too .
