HBOT has been shown to benefit people with infections, embolism, or air bubbles in the blood vessels, and some wounds that do not respond to other treatment. There are currently no other approved and/or tested uses for the chamber.
The problem is, more recently, it has been promoted as an alternative therapy for various conditions, from Alzheimer’s disease to infertility – and it’s now available in a “home” size to allow people to treat themselves, which is dangerous at best as complications from the therpay can be deadly.

Considering hyperbolic therapy is currently being sold as the next best thing to sliced bread and a “cure” for everything from migraine to infertility I would proceed with extreme caution with any off-label use and do nothing without proper medical supervision.
