Curious, does anyone else get itchy ankles as a precursor to a foot flare up?

Yes, interesting Domina, I’d describe it that way too.
I get this too, my left ankle area gets itchy in one spot prior to some flare ups. My arms also get itchy prior to a flare up as well. I actually never really put the two together prior to reading this, but absolutely does happen for me.
