My dr just started me on Lidocaine patches. So far, they have helped. However, I do not know how to wear them. I am a camp counselor for the summer, so I am constantly walking around and on my feet. The patches move around, do not stay on my feet, and the lidocaine gets all over. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to wear the patches?? Any advice/experience will help! Thanks!
I am sorry I have no tips for you because I haven't tried the patches just the cream. I just wanted to say how happy I am that you have found something that is helping!!!!!
My only thoughts go to wrapping them so they don't move but that just sounds as if it will add too much extra warmth and be counterproductive so I am afraid I can't be of any help on this matter.
