I'm not taking antidepressants because I cant handle the side effects but a lot of this article applies even if not on antid's. I have just started a major tranqullizer - differerent sort of animal than the minor tranqullizers eg the benzo famiy. But weight gain on the majors can be extreme so this article very timely for me).
