Vibrating feet

For those of you who have em in their feet, have you ever felt vibration in your feet.? Kind of like you’re standing on a cell ph. Almost a humming in the feet. I stayed getting a vibration in my left foot only when I walk more than a block. Right along the big side of the big toe. Then tonight the whole bottom of my right foot had been vibrating for a couple of hrs. Wondering if this is from damage to nerves from the em or is it something else?
