New Year with S.M.A.R.T. Goals

I've been thinking alot recently about the new year, making resolutions etc. I realised that the goals I usually set are not achievable. I have decided that this year instead of making a couple of big resolutions I am going to make 52 SMART goals, one a week for a whole year. The final week will hopefully see a happier, healthier me...

Each goal will be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely.

I won't stop the previous weeks goal when I start the next so by the end of the year I will have made 52 small changes which will hopefully make a big difference to my life.

Week one = Drink more fluids/water

Week two = Smaller portion sizes at meals

Week three = Exercise at least 4 times a week (this might just be a short walk, pilates or if feeling well it could be a spin class...

I haven't thought about them all but will just add to my list as and when I think of something. The types of things I am thinking of are health, socialising, positivity, running a smoother home etc..!
